IBRO Travel Grant program
The IBRO Travel Grant program aims to foster neuroscience research by providing support to early-career Ph.D. students and post-doctoral fellows from diverse geographical and scientific areas who wish to participate in international neuroscience meetings and events taking place between July and December 2023.
The grant is to be used for travel and local expenses while attending the proposed conference or meeting. Priority will be given given to applicants from less developed and less well-funded countries in combination with efforts to ensure both gender and regional diversity. Applicants should explain the impact attending the specified meeting or conference will have on their career.
Application dates are from 28 March 2023 – 28 April, 2023.

FENS travel grant available to attend the African Society of Neuroscientists conference 2023 (SONA)
FENS provides travel grants of up to EUR 1.000 each to facilitate young investigators (MSc to Postdoc level) attendance at the 16th International Conference of the Society of Neuroscientists of Africa – SONA 2023 taking place on 12-14 July in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The candidates should reside in a European country and be members of a FENS member society.
The successful candidates should be presenting a poster or talk. Candidates should not be the recipients of other grants related to the SONA Conference 2023.
